Windows 10: How can I do this?

Followup from chat number 10472571921 I had with Krishna on December 10. On that chat, I asked her/him?, If they could send me the description of what they did to fix the problem. We were using remote assistance to fix the problem. They said they would send me the description by email and I responded with "great". So far I haven't received that email. I've tried using Microsoft support and searched for The above line. All that happened I was lead down a rabbit hole of suggestions none of which were helpful. Can someone in the community
