Windows 10: how can i download a engine for a requirement for a game

because everytime i try to download it it wont let me.

Install game in Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the game I compatibility mode and check: Follow these steps:

  Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.

  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  ‘properties’.

  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 10 from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists

Direct X11 Feature Level Requirements To Run Games/Engines?

I have downloaded and fully unpacked a game that came up with the error message of "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine" when tried to run it. I didn't see the problem so I thought about downloading an updated version. I then pressed the
windows key + r and typed in dxdiag to see if that helped, I went to display and it went from 11.1 to 9.1, so it supported the game but I still cannot access the game as it comes up with the same error. Does anyone have this error or knows how to solve the
issue?
