Windows 10: How can I download Visual Studio 2017 Community ?

Dear Sir,I would like to download Visual Studio 2017 Community onhttps://visualstudio.microsoft.com/zh-hant/vs/older-downloads/but I cannot.I have subscribed "Visual Studio Dev Essentials", and the above page shows me only "Visual C++ Redistributable 2017" downloadable, but it's not what I need.So my questions are: How can I download Visual Studio 2017 Community ?Is it free ? if not, how can I purchase it ?By the way, I don't know which "Product" that Visual Studio belongs, so I select "Windows". I guess it may not be the correct choice. If it isn't, sorry, could you please help to assign this
