Windows 10: How can I download Windows 10 updates {in parts}, as I have a fixed internet pack each day...

I am currently running Windows 10 Version 1809, OS Build 17763.1098. And, as I wanted to update to the new version, so I downloaded, both, the SSU Servicing Stack Update, and also the Cumulative/LCU/[whatever they call it] update. But collectively saying for all the updates, that I downloaded and ran: when trying to run any of them, I get the errors: 'The update is not applicable to your computer', 'Installer encountered an error: 0x8007000d; The data is invalid.' I have already checked about this second error but didn't found a suitable solution. And as I get only a fixed amount of internet pack each day, I cannot currently downloadthose Windows 10 updates which are bigger than my one day's internet pack limit, [`n Windows and the Windows Update Assistant hasnot the ability to pause or resume any download].

And yes, I would appreciate, that those who want to answer, should not leave the conversation in between until the problem is solved.
