Windows 10: how can i download windows 11? on my unsupported pc

i am a windows 10 user i want to download windows 11 or higher but my pc doesn't supports windows 11 because of just tpm 1.2 and just IntelR CoreTM i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.49 GHz processor but i want to download windows 11 or higher without any unsupported or non recommended so how can i download windows 11?
