    How can I 'easily' print a Microsoft document from OneDrive WITHOUT opening a PDF or...


    How can I 'easily' print a Microsoft document from OneDrive WITHOUT opening a PDF or downloading and opening in Word? What happened to quick and easy Ctrl + P? So what is the use of and ROI of me or my organization paying for O365 if Word O365 requires so many steps to simply print a document? Then Word O365 'requires' me to install another monopoly program Adobe, to open and print the PDF. This has taken so long and taken up my time. I will continue to use whatever Free Office and Adobe is offered, because of this. Not any paid version.

    open printed document after microsoft print to pdf

    With printing to Adobe Acrobat the document opens by default after printing. When using Microsoft Print to PDF it just saves it where specified but does not open the document. Is there a way to set it so it automatically opens the document after printing
    it using Microsoft Print to PDF?
