Windows 10: How can i email Microsoft to thank a very helpful employee?

I wanted to thank Ange who helped me fix a few issues with my laptop this morning. They reinstalled Windows for me and because this took quite a while I lost connection to the live chat. I wanted to say thank you for the exceptional service and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately there is no easy way to email Microsoft, so hopefully you will see this!

Microsoft employee deleted my account

I suggest you to check whether the account is still active or not. You can do that by following the below steps.

• 
  Open the Internet
  Explorer
  
• 
  Type in the address bar mail.live.com
  
• 
  Enter your email
  id and password

email contacts

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

To add an email to your contacts, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:-

1. Open Yahoo Mail, click on the Contacts icon.
2. Now click on a contact.
3. Click Edit Details.
4. Add email address to the contact.
5. Click Save.

If you are using Mail App and want to edit contacts stored in People App, I suggest you to refer to following article under
Edit contacts
for steps to edit the contact and add an email.
