Windows 10: how can i enable a setting which can play a sound effect effect while we plug in

i want to enable a setting that can play a sound effect when i plug in please help me how can i enable this setting

Windows Sound Effects don't work or play when they're supossed to

Alright, so, for some reason, the windows sound effects on my laptop don't play a more when they're supposed to. for example. Like the sounds that are supposed to play when you plug in a USB device or unplug the USB device don't even play anymore. or when
you adjust the volume on the taskbar it's supposed to make a noise to let you know how loud your computer speakers are but it doesn't do that anymore. I have tried reinstalling, which did not fix it. I know that the windows sound effect settings are all set
to default with it all on. I think this happened either after or sometime after the Windows 10 fall creators update. I am not sure exactly when it started and I cannot remember. Aside from the Window's sound effects. Thing else comes out fine through my speakers
or headphones, like a video, or music or games. it is only the windows sound effects that don't seem to be working. Any solutions out there?

 

Weird Sound Effect playing in the Background from time to time

Weird Sound Effect playing in the Background from time to time, Whenever I play a game or watch Netflix from time to time, I start to hear this weird sound effect sorta of like sci fi sound effect playing in the background (headset) and it hasn't happened
before. I troubleshoot audio maybe even disable audio enhancements but nothing.
