    how can i enable wifi in a dualbooted pc?


    I have a HP Notebook 15-bs104ne that has Windows 11 and Windows 8.1 dual booted, but 8.1 has no Wi-Fi option at all, and it only gives me the Ethernet option Which I don’t use, and once I dual booted win10 and 8.1 on the same laptop and 8.1 was running fine with perfect internet, but I forgot how I did it, so if anyone has ways, advice or drivers that support Windows 10 and 8.1, PLEASE do tell, because I really need 8.1 running right now.

    Guess I'm just going to let it go for now.I dualbooted 10&11 this morning on my laptop and works fine.Thanks to everyone for there help and suggestions.

    So you installed Windows 11 since your original post or what, since you originally said your couldn't dual boot?

    New Dell Computer and can't dualboot.

    I ran mbr2gpt and am now having a different problem.

    mbr2gpt ran successfully.
    I restarted the computer, went into BIOS, changed boot order as below, then restarted computer again.
    The system tried to boot from my old SSD, but failed.
    The error is below (INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE).

    What do I need to do to the SSD out of my old computer so the installed OS (Windows 10 Pro) will boot on this new computer?

    BIOS now shows my SSD as boot option -- top of list (yea, first step).
