Windows 10: How can I ever talk to a person since the refurbished surface books I keep getting sent...

I sent in my original surface book which had a dead fan after less than 18 months and wouldn't stay on. I sent it in and paid to expedite because I am in school and need a computer. I eventually received a computer that was also broken. The screen did not properly attach to the base and was itself cracked. So I sent that one back, and got another refurbished machine. This machine constantly blue screens on me although they no longer tell you what caused the blue screen in the blue screen, and shows errors for a bad blocks on the HDD. Hi! Does any one know if it is possible for me to acquire a refurbished surface book here in dubai? Looks like microsoft only sell this in USA.

 

Refurbished Surface Book compatible with Windows 10 VR?

I just purchased (but haven't opened) a Surface Book (Core i5, 128GB) directly from Microsoft. I just saw the WinHEC announcements regarding the minimum specs for future VR headsets.

Does my refurbished Surface Book meet the minimum requirements for future VR headsets, or am I better off getting another more powerful computer? I'd prefer to keep it, but I don't want to have to get ANOTHER computer in the future for the purpose of using
a Windows 10 VR headset. Thank you.

Cannot add contacts personal folders to address book in Outlook 2016

Many thanks for all your suggestions, HippsieGypsie, but nothing seems to be working. I cannot delete my folder so I have to keep trying to get it included in the list of available address books. My contacts are all in the Contacts - Personal Folders, but this list is not included amongst those offered by Outlook as a default address book.
