Windows 10: How can I exit a frozen blue screen with stop code and hypervisor error?

How can I exit out of a frozen blue screen with stop code and hypervisor error? It’s has been stuck on 0% complete for over an hour. I am using an HP laptop 2022, 17t, Windows 11 Home. I’ve been using this new laptop for about a week. Please help!!!! I’m afraid I’m going to lose everything!!!! Thank you!!!
