my buddy gave me his 2020 Lenovo legion 5 15ARH05 laptop with a AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics and was a windows 10 computer but was updated to 11, all I did was add my user, make it a admin, changed the computer name to my own custom name, sync my google account, the tried downloading a game from steam, then when it wasn’t responding tried to force close steam with the task manager, which also stopped responding then I got resettled it, & now it won’t make it past the first screen you see on boot, at this point I tried everything possible and I just wanna know if I can factory re

Factory reset laptop and can no longer sign in.

I factory reset my laptop as it was becoming slow and knew a factory reset would help it run better by deleting everything. When it got back to the log in screen and I attempt to log in I get the message 'The User Profile Service failed to sign-in' and 'User Profile cannot be loaded'.

That's it, it returns to the sign in screen and doesn't give me the option to choose another account.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
