Windows 10: How can I find out why an external USB HD won't copy over to another? Already ran...

This is a continuation of another question on this forum, How can I remove security from all files?I ran this command last night, overnight: takedown /f F:\ /R /D Y If it hit any error it did not mention it at completion.But I still can't copy an entire USB HD to a new folder in a much larger USB HD.When I try to do a complete copy with file explorer, the preparing to copy window at some point just goes away. It used to stop and say, that I would need to run as admin to copy this particular folder. Hence the command I ran above. Now it doesn't ask that anymore.If I could stare at that window f

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

 

External HD Connection Problem

I have attached an external HD to my computer running Windows 10 and it will not show up in my drive list. The properties shows it as Seagate.ink - what is an ink file and any suggestions as to how I can get it to work?
