Windows 10: How can I fix 0xc000021a error code?

Hi,I updated windows last night and noticed that during the update it started restarting. When it booted back up it gave me the 0xc000021a error code. It restarted again and I got the same error code. I am trying to reset the PC while keeping my files but it keeps asking for a password for my account. When I enter it, it keeps saying that the password is incorrect. How can I fix this issue?
