Windows 10: How can I fix 100% disk usage on windows 11 -

How can I fix 100% disk usage on windows 11 - I have done everything already suggested. I have been on every forum, every website. I have disabled everything, I have updated everything, it happens in Safe Mode - I have removed all extensions.......... there is NO remedy suggested in the ether that I have not tried... apart from the nuclear start all over .................... Whatever I do - or even doing nothing - every so often my laptop freezes on 100 system disk use.I would really like to hear from Microsoft - not a well meaning volunteer who will suggest going through the 1000's of w

100% disk usage

The most common cause of 100% disk usage appears to be Superfetch and Prefetch, but there are also other causes. You can try disabling both these features and see if it helps.
