Windows 10: How can i fix all the problems in my realibility monitor?

Hello i have had many problems with my pc i had it for a year+ now and for the first 7 months ive had no problems firstly i had win11 when the problems started where i would play rainbow six siege and it would make the noise of a usb being connected then disconnected around 8 times and my screen would go full black then crash ive looked at all problems people had and all their solutions but nothing has worked i have many more errors in my realibility monitor including windows hardware error and i need help quick i went down from win11 to win10 to see if it would solve all the issues but it has

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
