Windows 10: How can I fix blue screen with the texts : what failed : dptf_cpu.sys , esif_lf.sys and...

Hi, I was recently gaming last night , and decided to restart my laptop , since I just changed my cpu power plan from max performance overlay to balanced , and after I restarted I got a blue screen , after my laptop restarted itself multiple times, a text came down below saying "what failed : dptf_cpu.sys " then , after more restarts , "what failed: ... " also appeared as "esif_lf.sys" and "wudfrd.sys", I haven't figured out how to fix it yet , and I would like to know if I can even do so

I use verifier to check my *.sys list, and i got blue screen again. I'm sure there are some problem in my *.sys list, but i can't see verifierXXXlog.
