Windows 10: How can I fix Blue screening and mic cutting out everytime I play a specific game.

Everytime I play any other game, there is no issue. Playing valorant, apex, whatever, I dont blue screen or have my mic cut out. However, when I play fortnite, I commonly blue screen and have my mic and audio cut out. I have a Steelseries arctis 1 wireless and only when I launch or play fortnite the audio cuts out. Regarding blue screening, I've tried everything. Ive looked for new drivers, verified files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, updated my computer, ect. The stop code I get whenever I blue screen is "driver irql not less or equal" and xboxgip.sys is what failed. Ive turned down

Blue Screen everytime connect with microphone

So i got Blue screen everytime i'm using microphone

for exemple: when i make a call on facebook, LINE, discord, Steam or every apps that requires a mic it will automatically direct me to Blue Screen.

 

Sound cuts out when in game and call

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
