How Can I fix cou speed suddenly drop to 0.89 or 0.79 while im playing? Note : i turned off all power save features im using laptop

download speed suddenly drops to 0

my download speed while downloading a file,games fro any services,etc my network speed drops to 0 kb/s and the wifi needs to be disconnected and connected again to continue and the same thing repeats under a minute or 2 please help me out and be faster with solutions.

 

How to delete partition 2 916MB windows RE located in disk 0 , I wish to expand C: size to 500GB at partition 1 also located in disk 0. Disk 0 size is 1T.

Volume on Lumia 550 just drops to 0

When listening to music on earphones the volume on my lumia 550 suddenly decreases, sometime slowly 1 by 1 and sometimes really fast to 0. Once i bring it back up again it says like that for a short amount of time and suddenly drops again, and sometimes
this happens right away. This doesn't happen when listening on the speaker and it's not the earphones too loud warning because if you turn on the screen you can see it acting as if you pressed the volume down button. Anyone had this problem and any suggestions
on how to solve this?
