    How can I fix CPU 100 % usage by opening a program?


    If I Open a program, it causes CPU to rise up at 100%. This problem started two days ago, my pc fell down, since then i'm getting 100 % CPU by opening a program it stays at 100%. I checked my PC and everything is fine, I even took out the CPU cleaned it and put it back. The only thing that isn't at 100% is Opera GX. I noticed when something gets 100% and I open Opera GX, the CPU usage goes down. If you need more information to solve this problem please ask, I can't work with my PC anymore!

    How can I fix CPU 100 % usage by opening a program?

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.
