Windows 10: How can I fix crashing libeay32.dll?

Hi,I have an application which was last released for Windows 10. I have run it on Dell laptop with Windows 11 without a problem. I just got a Surface Pro 9 which came with Windows 10. Once I booted up for the first time, I upgraded it to Windows 11 as soon as the initial updates are done. Then I installed this application. However, it failed to start.In Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application, I can see an error for this applicationEvent 1000, Application ErrorFaulting module name: LIBEAY32.dll, version:1.0.2.5, time stamp: 0x56a8b383I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but it d

The ordinal 4206 could not be located in dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll

I get this error when i tray to lunch uplay app. i've don some research on the net and i tried a lot of options but i don't know why i don't find an answer whith the code "4206".

1. i've run scan to my laptop with malwarbytes, AVG , and the window malicious software removale but everything is clean.

2. i've run the command " sfc /scannow " and didn't find any violation.

3. i've run the command " regsvr32.exe /u libeay32.dll " but i get this message in french " Le module libeay32.dll a été chargé, mais le point d'entrée DIIUnregisterServer est introuvable. Verifier que
libeay32.dll est un fichier DLL ou OCX valide, puis réessayer ".

the CMD is runing as administrator. i searched the dll file and find it in the following path : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intel\WirelessCommon

What can i do to solve is problame please. i'm using windows 10.

i have recently received my new computer i bought prebuilt and enjoying having a up to date system but i'm running into a problem with windows 11 i right click go to properties click compatibilities and run compatibility troubleshooter and click try recommended setting when i click test the program i get a error message that i am missing libeay32.dll ive tried multiple exe's and keeps coming up with the same error help would be appreciated thank you

• exit the Nokia Suite via right-click in (bottom, left) Windows
  Notification Area (system tray)
• download this modified version of
  libeay32.dll …
• download this modified version of
  ssleay32.dll …
• replace these two files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Nokia Suite\
