Windows 10: How can I fix "file system error -2018374635"

I downgraded my pc from Windows 11 to 10 and I'm getting this error on everythingI can't open the start menu or action centerI can't open any windows application

Hi, I'm trying to update a PC from windows 7 to windows 10, everything works fine except that I cannot access display settings. When I write desk.cpl on Task Manager I get this File System error (-2018374635), I tried using sfc /scannow in CMD and it said that errors were found and fixed, but the problem still remains.
Any idea what that error is? Thx in advance

 

cant open images and videos "System Error -2018374635"

hello, this is my first question

so i plugged in my usb and tried to open songs, videos, images etc.

THEN it popped up this error that says'

(file destination)

cant be opened

System error -2018374635

i was thought that it was because my usb is broken, i tried for almost 10 times, it says the same thing over and over again even the files from this pc, it did not say "._.Example "

i tried to open recently opened files yesterday and it says the same thing. PLEASE HELP

From the description provided, I understand that you are encountering the error message when you are trying to access any media file in the CD/DVD Drive of your computer.

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow
the below given steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  
• Restart the computer.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
