Windows 10: How can I fix "Install error - 0x80071a91" in Windows 11 that persisted after a full reset?

Hello,I have an ongoing problem with Windows Update that existed when I had Windows 10 and remains after an upgrade to Windows 11 and a full reset of Windows 11.Computer is custom build. MOBO, CPU and other details available as needed. All my files are on an external HD right now. Problem began due to crashes/BSOD. One or more crashes occurred during updates, but since replacing my RAM with new, different-brand sticks Corsair now, GSkill before, both compatible with build, I've had no crashes. However, I am still getting Install error - 0x80071a91 in Windows Update even after upgrading to

Hello.
Unfortunately, after a reset, the updates have refused to install with the error code 0x80071a91. The updates are KB5010386 and KB5009469. I've also received such with both older and newer updates including even the newest Cumulative update KB5010414.
Is there any other way to resolve this? The other steps suggested have also been a flop, unfortunately.

Sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong forum, but I have been trying to fix this problem for over a month now.

So, I have windows 10 installed on my desktop and for over a month now I am not able to install any updates in this PC, I always get the same error:
error 0x80071A91.

I have tried a lot of suggestions which I found through different forums and microsoft forums also, but with no luck..
