Windows 10: How can i fix locksceen in win 10?

Hello everyone, I'm using Windows 10 and encountering an issue with the lock screen. Initially, when I purchased the computer and the genuine Windows license, I was able to customize the lock screen with my own selected images. However, recently, when I got bored of the old pictures and tried to set a new one in the settings, it just hangs with an endless spinning progress circle. If I use the built-in Photos app, I receive the message "we can't set this one as lock screen."I've tried various solutions found online, but none have yielded results, even attempting to reselect a previously used i

Win 7 and Win 10 on network

I have home network with separate modem, router, and WAP's. My Windows 7 computer does NOT list the Windows 10 computers on network computer list but the Windows 10 computers network list DO list the Windows 7 computer.

Turned off firewalls, gave permissions, shared drives. Nothing allows Win 7 computer to access the Win 10 computers.

Any suggestions for a fix?

As always, there seems to be lots of alleged fixes out there, which may work on versions earlier than Win 10... but not with Win 10. The struggle for getting rid of this now un-needed bloat seems to be wrapped up in file permissions. But even when I try to clobber it with administrative authority, it won't budge. One fix suggests that you can use disk cleanup to get rid of it by selecting previous installation files. Heh. Yeah. Just TRY and find that option in Win 10.

Ok. Somebody hopefully has managed to resolve this inigma. Step by step, please.
