Windows 10: How can I fix Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Assertion failed error?

I am a live streamer and video content creator for YouTube and Twitch.tv. I recently lost the ability to use a lot of my programs needed to do my job. OBS Studio is the main tool I use. I have reinstalled Windows 11 Pro 3 times. Every time I reinstall and install my programs again they run fine. But when I shutdown my computer I get the error and the programs stop working again.

Recently installed adobe creative cloud and whenever I launch my pc (because of adobe auto start up) or try to get the creative cloud to open I get this error:

Microsoft visual c++ runtime library

I get the error message of Microsoft visual c++ runtime library Assertion failed line: 460 Expression: vulcan_ every time I turn on my PC.

Can You Please Help me to fix it
