Windows 10: How can I fix my account being blocked in order to create a child email in my family account?

I am trying to add a child to my family account. I already created one child account but am having trouble with creating my 2nd child's account. I can go through most of the process of creating the account but after putting in their birth date, I have a message telling me there is suspicious activity and I've been blocked from making a new account. I've tried 5 times, read articles, and troubleshooted in multiple ways including clearing cache, logging in with a different browser. Please help.

Child account missing from family safety account

If your child's account has been accidentally removed from your account and you're encountering the error message stating that the account is already part of another family, here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Verify account status: Double-check whether your child's account is still active and accessible. Make sure it is not associated with any other Family Safety account.
   
2. Contact Microsoft support: Reach out to Microsoft customer support for assistance. Explain the situation and provide them with the necessary details, such as your account information and the account details of your child. They should be able to help you further and guide you on how to resolve the issue.
   
3. Remove account from the other family: If the error message suggests that the account is part of another family, try contacting the organizer or administrator of that family and request that they remove your child's account from their family. This will allow you to re-add the account to your own Family Safety account.
   
4. Create a new child account: If all else fails, you may need to create a new child account for your Family Safety account. Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft to create a new child account and set up the necessary parental controls and safety settings.
   

Remember to keep track of any account-related information, such as usernames, passwords, and email addresses, to ensure smoother account management in the future.

Problems adding a child on the family account

We're here to help.

You might be facing this issue due to the account is not configured properly.
Kindly refer to the steps below on how to reconfigure your
Family Safety feature for your Windows 10 device.

To remove a child

• From a web browser, go to
  http://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with the Microsoft account of an adult in the family.
• To remove a child, choose Remove at the top of the section labeled
  Select a child to view or edit their settings.
• Select the person you want to remove from the family.
• Select the Remove button that appears when you've chosen the person to remove.

To add a child to your family

• Sign in at
  account.microsoft.com/family.
• If this is your first time setting up a family, select Add a child.
  
  If you've already added child accounts to your family, go to Select a child to view or edit their settings and then select
  Add.
• Enter your child's email address and select Send invite. If your child doesn't have an email address, select
  Create a new email address for your child and follow the instructions on the screen.
  

Your child will need to accept the invite from their email.

Do note, you need to accept the email invitation from a device with the Child account currently logged in.

Not able to add child account in Family safety.

I want to inform you Adding members to your Microsoft family can help you keep your kids safe online. You can see everyone in your family, and edit settings for the kids in your family. To add a child to your family .

I would suggest you to Add your child account by creating new account for child.
Follow the steps.

1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/family.

2. Go to Select a child to view or edit their settings and select Add.

3. Enter your child’s email address and select Send invite or Select Create a new email address for your child and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Once your child has accepted the invitation, sign in to the child’s PC with his or hers Microsoft account.

5. Open Settings, and then select Accounts.

6. Select Your account and check the email address is the one you sent with the invitation.
