Windows 10: How can I fix my audio balance randomly shifting

I have an OMEN by HP Gaming Laptop 16-wd0xxx with Windows 11. This laptop has left and right audio channels and can do spatial sound from its speakers, or well it used to. For a few months now I've been experiencing a problem where the sound keeps moving position randomly. I'll be watching a video only to hear the voice move and almost only come from the left channel and move side to side a bit like the volume balance is changing but it isn't. Realtek Audio Balance Problems - Can't find a fix! Please help

Hey guys,

I have a really really annoying problem with the Realtek Audio Drivers - or whatever it is.

The Audio Balance randomly changes, sometimes its 50/50 sometimes I have to change the audio balance to 90/10 to make it sound normal again.

I know am searching for 2 days to fix this but nothing works. I already:

• Deleted and Reinstalled every driver possible (from ASUS Wesbite aswell as from Realtek, older and the latest drivers. Nothing works
  
• I hard resetted my computer (yes hard reset.). After one day the problem was there again
  
• It makes my PC almost unusable. I didnt find a fix so far.

Audio Balance in Windows 10

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check-

• Click on Start and then control panel.
  
• Open the option of Sound and in the tab of
  playback click on the windows displaying speakers. This enables the button properties, click on it.
  
• This opens new window as Speakers properties, here click on the tab
  Levels.
• Now click on the button Balance in front of the speaker volume bar.
  
• This will open another small window of Balance. Here you may adjust the balance between the left and right speakers as per requirement.

You just need a Skylake CPU and ThrottleStop, once turned on speed shift you can exit the software as unclewebb said above.
