    I would appreciate help regarding how I can fix my boot drive. Edit: my screenshot of disk management to show my current drive setup keeps on failing to upload to this post. To describe my setup mostly approx. numbersHow can I fix my boot drive? :Disk 0 - 1TB D: NTFS basic data partition - single partitionDisk 1 - 120GB unallocatedDisk 2 - 1TB E: NTFS active, primary partition - single partitionDisk 3 - 2TB m.2 SSD - a 499MB partition, a 100MB partition System Partition, 120GB NTFS F: Basic Data Partition, 773MB partition, 200Gb NTFS C: Boot, page file, crash dump, basic data partition, 1550GB unalloca

    Will post - no boot

    Have you tried to plug the hard drive into a different sata port? Use a different cable?
    Seems kinda silly but I have fixed issues with booting by trying these steps first.

    Can't boot from DVD drive

    Is your controller in RAID/AHCI modes? If so, the DVD drive will be listed as a separate device in the list of available boot devices, not as "CDROM". Remember that when setting boot device priority. Otherwise, read the manual to see which hotkey during POST brings up the boot menu that lets you select which device to boot from. Even here, the drive will be listed separately, and not as "CDROM".
