Windows 10: How can I fix my camera, in Windows 10 on a Dell Latitude E5550 laptop

I end up having to delete the drivers then restart, every time. If I switch from photo to video it'll go back to flickering color bars. If I just go from using the computer otherwise then try to switch on camera/video, flickering color bars.

Here is the link to the correct driver download from the Dell site for your Latitude.
It should install without problems and remove the "HIgh Definition Audio Controller" which is the Windows installed generic, basic function, sound driver. Normally, Windows will install the correct driver but didn't on yours.

How to disable touchpad while accessing mouse on Dell Latitude e5550 device running Windows 10?

When I upgraded to Windows 10, I looked into my touchpad settings to disable it while using an external mouse. I can't find that feature, however, and there is no YouTube video that shows me an appropriate solution that excludes downloading and installing new drivers or applications. I have a Dell Latitude e5550.

You can do a System Restore to a time before this happened.
Or in Device Manager, go to the area with the Yellow Flags and right click them, choose Properties/Driver/Roll back Driver to a driver that was working.
Or go to the Dell Support/Download Drivers site,Support for Latitude E5550/5550 | Drivers downloads | Dell US
and type in your Service Tag# or find your model, and download the Audio driver for your model.
