Windows 10: How can I fix my issue? (read details)

So, I started with a fresh installation of Windows 10 after recovering it. About 2-3 minutes after booting to Windows for the first time after setting it up, the time zone changes from (UTC+12:00) Auckland, Wellington to (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada). This may not sound like a big issue, but it prevents me from personalising the start menu at all (unpinning, full screen start, ect.) and it also prevents me from uninstalling Microsoft Store applications through the start menu (candy crush, Netflix, Dolby Access, ect.) As a person who LOVES to personalise Windows , this annoys me SO F***ING MUCH! Can anybody help me?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Are you able to follow them?
