    How Can I Fix My Keyboard?


    I have a wireless keyboard, with new batteries and after being out of the city for 2 months, it suddenly decided not to work - no key works! I checked settings, but everything looked o.k. What can I do to restore the keys operating again?

    Hello,

    Can you tell us more about the issue that you are having? Please provide the following information listed below:

    • How often do you get this issue?
    • Does it occur on all videos that you play on all different types of video player?
    • Did you make any changes on the settings on your PC prior to this?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    Please advise so we could provide assistance.

    Please answer these questions to assist you better.

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Do you get any error message?

    As you have mentioned that the laptop had fallen it might have caused some hardware issues too. I suggest you to be in touch with manufacturer of the PC. You may also refer the link below and follow the steps suggested.
