Windows 10: how can i fix my keyboard

I have a Microsoft surface 2 and my keyboard is faulty. It only works on a flat surface . When I'm on the bed or on the couch doing work it dose not respond. it gives me a lot of problems because at work i type alot i have tried cleaning the connecters with rubbing alcohol and cotton but it is still the same. Hoe can i fix it

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
