Windows 10: How can I fix my movement issue?

When I’m playing a game, I can’t control my movement! I press W and 10 seconds later, I walk forward and when I’m walking and let go, I keep going for a few seconds. When I strafe using A and D, I end up going far without touching my keyboard. This has been happening for weeks and I don’t know what to do. How can I fix this? I changed keyboards and keys but the issue persisted so it’s most likely not a keyboard error and I have also tried other games but this one Valorant seems to be the troubled one.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

the trick is that middle column/row slices are always fixed by other arms ... it's always rotating side (or top or bottom) slices, so to rotate middle slice relatively it must rotate both side slices at the same time same amount
