Windows 10: How can I fix my network on the windows login page without logging in ?

My old laptop is damaged, so I took the hard disc and installed it on another laptop, I was able to start it with the system installed in the hard disk. But unfortunately is says "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click set up your PIN again". When I click here, it tries to connect to my Microsoft account but it says "it doesn't look like you're connected to the internet check your connection and try again" while it is well connected to the Wi-Fi. And I can't connect without connecting to my Microsoft account.

I suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
  
• 
  If it logs in Create a new user account and link the Microsoft account and check if the issue persists.

can not log in on home page

I understand your concern that you are unable to log-in to your desktop, we will help you to resolve this issue.

I would like to inform that this issue might be due to corrupted user account.

I suggest you to enter in to safe mode, enable built-in administrator account and troubleshoot the existing user account. Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Start computer in safe mode.

• Type Settings in the search box on the desktop, select
  Settings.
• Here select Change pc settings and then General.
• Scroll down to Advanced startup, click Restart now.
• Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Startup Settings.
• Click Restart, select Safe mode and then press
  Enter.

Step 2: Try to login to your temporary user account, enable built-in administrator account and try to troubleshoot the corrupted user account.

• Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
• Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open Command Prompt.
• Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: yes (Check for the spaces)
• Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.
  

Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable admin account after the troubleshooting is done.
