Windows 10: How can I fix my windows updater/ get rid of the install error 0x800700c1 on windows 11?

Hello, I haven't been able to update my computer for a long while, probably around 6 moths. I have tried everything that the quick guides from Microsoft have told me to do like doing the troubleshooter and clear other files and such. What should be my next move to tackle this problem.

I have got the error 0x800700C1 and could not update KB3115259, KB3167685, KB3163018 & KB3149135 since a week ago. I tried both you two methods but the result was the same. I don't wish to follow hbja to go back to "Factory Setting". Can you help me sort
it out with other solutions?

Windows XP SP3: Windows Update fix

Ah.
Probably the issue I had with windows media format runtime security update for WMP 9.5 & 11 downloading but not installing.

I fixed it by typing something into the command prompt which I think reset the update.
