Windows 10: How can I fix static from my type-c earphones mic?

I bought a new type-c earphones and after connecting it to my laptop, the speakers are good but the mic are full of static and BG noise. I connected it to my phone to check if my earphone's at fault but the quality is krisp. So I thought maybe the type-c plug in my laptop is faulty. I bought a type-c adapter just to check if it'll fix anything, but still the same. Now I don't know what's wrong: is it a software problem, or hardware. I tried other tutorials like updating driver and such and nothing seems to work. I hope someone can help me fix it.

Static noise from right earphone

I tried it on my phone but I don't hear any static. It seems like the static only appears when I use it on my laptop. Maybe it's a problem with my earphone's mic? because the right side of my earphone has a built in mic and when I press the button on my mic, the static noise disappears, so the problem might be the earphone mic I think.

Also, I am using a JBL C200SI earphone, I used it while jogging twice and didn't have a problem with it. I only noticed about the static noise after I used the earphone for my 2nd jog.

its annoying.. I need to use my mic, but the earphone is acting like a mic, not the mic! its one of those earphones w/mic for iphone

on my desktop I successfully can use it as a mic, but on my netbook I can't

Maybe as a work around you could use a Y spliter. Where you plug in your headphones into it and the other ends will go in your mic and earphone ports on your pc/laptop. Yes i understand they are combo ports but i'm just suggesting this as a workaround till you can find drivers that makes the combo port work correctly.
Here is the cable i was talking about. You don't have to use it but just a suggestion as a workaround and as a last resort.
