Windows 10: How can I fix stuttering in internet videos? after using a bloatware script

I used a bloatware script from git.io a couple days ago to delete the unwanted programs and make my computer hopefully run better, I tried to whitelist the ones that I needed and the ones that I didn't know what they did and went along with it. Apparently the script also was supposed to create a restoration point for my computer, but it didn't do it and I´m noticing some strange things happening.Namely when I click on the audio icon on my taskbar while I have a youtube video in the screen, it kinda takes a lot of time to load the audio menu and it lags the video, this happens once every time I

Video Stuttering

Not sure what started causing this issue recently but I’ve noticed movies have a frame stutter or refresh rate stutter or like frame drops on the Xbox Series X. It happens when watching movies on Disney Plus, Prime Video and Movies & TV.

I tried all the suggestions listed around the internet. None of them worked. When using the apps on my Smart TV the stutter/frame drop isn’t there. Even when using screen mirror it isn’t.

Just started sometime in March. Only thing that changed was an update in March. I have no idea what’s wrong.

These webpage script errors are usually it is harmless. However, did you try disabling the warnings? If not, try disabling the warnings and check.

  Open Internet explorer and press Alt + X, click on
  Internet Options and click on Advanced.

  Check "Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable script debugging (Other)" and also, uncheck "Display a notification about every script error."
