Windows 10: How can i fix the automatic repair loop?

I've been stuck in automatic repair loop since yesterday and i cant figure out how to fix this i've already tried the procedures i see in youtube but im still stuck then i saw my c drive is empty. I tried to reset my laptop but i didnt work it says it has a problem, tried to put it on safe mode it just brought me back on the blue screen, tried to turn off the automatic repair still didn't work i dont know what to do.

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
