Windows 10: how can I fix the voice playback on the phone link app?

Hello, I am using the Microsoft phone link app and when my friends call me, their voice is returned to themselves and it is very difficult for them to communicate with me through this program. But I use the Bio 01 microphone and I can hear my friend's voice well through a simple handsfree, but I don't know where the sound comes back to himself, whether the problem is with his microphone or my microphone or the program, etc. So can you help me to fix the audio or voice playback?

e65 - voice playback not working - help!

Hi

Had my e65 for a few weeks now and love it. However, the phone has stopped working as it used to, maybe down to an unintentional setting change by myself or something more fundamental.

When I press to say (& call) a contacts name, the e65 would repeat the name back to me (in it's own voice). This has stopped working, the contact is called, but no playback of the voice. The phone display suggests it's trying to playback a voice but no voice
- almost like the volume is down - but it isn't.

If there's no match found, I used to get 'no match found', now all I get is a beep after a couple of seconds.

It's a useful feature to confirm it's picked the correct contact, especialy when using it handsfree (CK-7W car kit).

Please help !!!! Thanks in advance for any answers.
