    How can I fix these problems?


    Can’t open command prompt as administrator Can’t open task managerCan’t run windows update troubleshooterCan’t update windowsCan’t update my driversCan’t open some files and get prompt “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.”Can’t use my task manager Can’t use my snipping tool a lot of the timeWhen I log in my account I get a black screen with just my mouse and have to wait a few minutes for it to work
