    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    how to remove and fix a cpu?

    I'll get amd phenom II x4 965BE c3 stepping cpu this week..
    current cpu is amd x2 6000+
    I don't know 1)how to remove the old cpu and cooler & 2)to fix the new cpu and stock cooler

    How can I remove this virus remnant?

    I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

    Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
