    how can i fix this weird thumbnails bug? i tried clearing cache and changing wallpapers...


    here in the settings menu, it shows like this even though I have a working background on the desktopand same with virtual desktops only the one I'm using shows the background. others show this big Windows photo's app iconthis person has the same problem but couldn't find solution https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/virtual-desktop-hover-preview-shows-a-missing/aa2074ab-03e5-45bf-a7a2-0049354ff1e5

    How to Rebuild Icon Cache, Clear Thumbnail cache in Windows 10

    Hi Joseph Y. M, thank you for reply and URL links.

    I cleared the Thumbnail Cache and also I disabled one program CCleaner after that everything back to normal and hope it will remain as it is.

    Is there any way to stop the thumbnail cache from clearing?

    Ever since I got this OS Update, the thumbnail cache used to clear per each reboot.

    Now they are clearing randomly during a session.
