Windows 10: how can i fix this

I've been using Microsoft rewards for quite some time now. But every time I try to redeem something it asks for my phone number, I put it in like 20 times it always says, "couldn't add as an alias" and blocks me from entering my phone number for the rest of the day. I can try any method I can, but it will never let me. It would appreciate if I could get Microsoft staff/moderators to help me with this.Sincerely, Aaron I'm using a fake name because I would like for my info to be private, Thanks! And I can't send screenshots of proof, I wish I could but it keeps failing. Sorry.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
driver and check. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Network adaptor.

Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

Now go to the manufacturer website of your
wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
wireless card and check.
