Windows 10: How can I fix windows 11 PC freezing on loading on bootup screeen

As said in title. For some backstory leading up till now, i think my OS was compromised, I don’t really have an idea as to what happened exactly as I was super baffled, sorry. What I am a bit more sure about is that one time I came back to my pc to see that there was something along the lines of no is found on my monitory screen. I was on win10 prior to this and always have been So, I decided to fresh install windows 10 via USB to fix this. I noticed, however, that my PC would freeze on the bootup loading screen every time, forcing me to load into windows 10 by turning off my PC twice with t

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

Hi Johnson,

The issue might be caused if the Computer is not Shut Down properly. I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.

If the issue still persists, then perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• On a working PC go to the Microsoft software download website and
  create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
