Windows 10: How can I fix Windows 11, version 24H2 update error - 0x8007001f.

I am unable to install Windows 11, version 24H2 update because of error - 0x8007001f.I've copied the C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log to my desktop. I was going to attach it to this question but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.

Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:

0x80246019

What can I do? Thanks.
