Windows 10: How can I force this app to use all metric units?

Discus and support How can I force this app to use all metric units? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; [ATTACH] Wind shows in MPH and Visibility in miles too.     Windows 10 weather App Metric Units

    I don't seem to find an option to change the units to metric (except for temperature). The app has been released in 2012 and still this option does not exist. I find this, like many other people, unacceptable since it's the default weather app for Windows
    10 and the vast majority of windows users use the metric system as apposed to the imperial one.

    So why is this option not yet a thing?

    Metric units in Weather App in Windows 10

    Have just installed Weather App in Windows 10 and am enjoying it but cannot find how to switch to metric units (except for degrees Celsius) eg wind speed or visibility. Can anyone help?

    How can I force this app to use all metric units?

    Using Metric units for Bing Maps

    Hardware info:

    HTC HD7 TMOUS (UNLOCKED and on Windmobile in Canada, )

    Upgraded to Mango today

    Question:

    Is there no way to change Bing maps to Metric? its stuck in imperial

    Steps taken:

    changed everything related to regional to english canada and click on accept and reboot link (rebooted) its still in imperial,

    **also my bing scout button is now missing**

    changing everything back to English (united states) and rebooting will bring back the scout button
