Windows 10: How can i found out what "system sound" is making a noise?

For the last 2 days I have this constant every 2-3 seconds notification-esque sound that I cannot find the source of. Everywhere I've looked tells me the same thing to check the audio mixer and mess with the sliders but I've done this already. When I mute/slide the system sounds all the way to 0, the sound stops. The problem is that I want to know what program/file/system thing is actually making the sound and I cannot find it for the life of me.Things I have tried:- fully restarting- updating drivers- checking for windows update- malware scan- going into sound settings to see if there was

My laptop sound is making a weird noise and it's slow.

One day my laptop started making a random whirring, beeping noise and it would freeze while doing this and it was loud and now it has stopped but recently it has been doing this glitch noise similar to that other noise that used to happen except now it doesn't
freeze and it's for a short amount of time like when I'm using YouTube the sound is disrupted for example if someone is talking it will make it sound glitchy or when a notification pops up and it makes the notification sound slow and distorted. As well as
this noise, it's making my laptop slow at times and when typing too. Any clue as to what might be causing this and how I can stop it?

Software to separate noise from the human voice or song

For audio, you could try Audacity. You can select a sample period where there is just the noise you want to remove, then filter that from the audio.

Windows System Sounds Not Working

Hello

I'm having a strange issue on my Windows 10 desktop. All sounds are working fine (Music etc.), EXCEPT the System Sounds (recycle bin delete noise, Windows startup sound, etc). I can watch Youtube, listen to music, do voice chat, etc and all that fine there, but cannot hear any of the system sounds. Using the 'Test' button in the Sound settings DOES MAKE NOISE AND I CAN HEAR THAT, but not the other system sounds.
