Windows 10: How can I free up more space?

My windows 10 is telling me i’m using 222GB of storage. I have lots of large games but they are all definitely downloaded to my external storage device, not my actual pc. that device has 2,000GB left. My pc is not letting me open google chrome or do anything because it has “no space”. When I go to my storage to clear up space, it says im using 129GB in apps and features. When I click on that and filter it to show the largest apps, they’re not even 1 GB and there’s only 50 of them. Almost all of them are apps that came with the computer or apps I simply cannot delete.
