Windows 10: how can I get a refund for an unauthorized 365F that was billed to my AMEX?

I have been billed for a Microsoft 365F account on my AMEX card. This was not me. I need a refund. I need to talk with a live person.

Refund for unauthorized in-app purchase!!

That's a lot of money. Here is what you have to do.

• Go to gethelp.live.com
• Select BILLING
• Select CONTACT US
• Here there will be a chat link. Start chatting and ask them for refund.
• Have your credit card statement, billing emails and anything else related to this accidental app purchase handy before you start the chat.
