Windows 10: how can i get a refund on a realm

I let my child get a realm and turned off recurring billing but 5 mins ago i got charged for the realm again i dont know if its a problem with Microsoft or if it was my Childs doing but i want to figure out how i can get a refund. the realm has not been used and has been turned off on recurring billing again but still want a refund for the charge that i did not approve.

while signed in to your account. From there, you can cancel your recurring subscription, which will take effect on your renewal date. As Windows 10 is a consumable subscription, you can view the details there, but you won’t be able to cancel or get a refund once purchased.

As for the subscription transfer, I'm afraid it is not possible as "they’re built with different engines/languages" according to Minecraft user, BoondaProductions posted in a thread with a similar issue:
